Designed and developed a comprehensive Medication Management Module for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system,
aimed at simplifying medication management for healthcare providers. The modular design enables doctors
to quickly access essential information at a glance. As technology advances, it's crucial to have a modern EHR
system that accommodates the diverse needs of healthcare providers, especially for those who work during the night.
To cater to these needs, the program offers a dark mode option, allowing users to switch between color and
dark modes according to their preference.

Prescription Tab
The Prescription tab within the Medication Management Module provides healthcare providers with a centralized
and organized view of their patients' prescribed medications. This feature enables doctors to efficiently access
and review crucial medication information, ensuring accurate and informed treatment decisions.
Within the Prescription tab, users can:
- View a comprehensive list of prescribed medications, including the prescription name and the patients who have been prescribed the medication
- Click on a specific medication to access detailed information, including the diagnosis or symptoms it was intended to treat for each patient
This intuitive and user-friendly feature empowers healthcare providers to make informed decisions, improve patient care, and enhance treatment outcomes.
By having a program that encapsulates all the needs of a modern EHR combined with modern desgins and functions, we aim to
create a program that will be effective for all health care providers.
